OpenWater and Zoom


In order to watch a live session through this conference platform, attendees will need to have Zoom downloaded onto their device. 

We recommend testing Zoom before the meeting occurs by going to this link: Zoom.us/test. If you are prompted to join from your browser, then you know that you don’t have Zoom installed.

Important: You will need to access your email account in order to log in to the OpenWater platform. 

 

Does your workplace restrict Zoom? 


Here are two options: 

1. Download Zoom on your mobile phone or watch from another device.

If you're registered with a work email address, please see the point below.

 

2. Wait to watch the sessions as recordings posted on the gallery. 

All of the sessions will be posted as recordings to the session gallery. The amount of time it will take for the recordings to post will range from one hour to the next day. 

 

I registered with my work email address, but I will not have access to this account to log in to the platform.


Not a problem! You can have multiple email addresses associated with your account. Please use this Google form if you'd like to add another email address to your registration.
