How do I access live education and networking sessions?
Please note to attend sessions live you will need the Zoom client downloaded on your computer or mobile device. Zoom download instructions and FAQs
What if I can’t attend sessions at their scheduled time?
Please know that all educational content will be recorded and posted to the session pages; you do not need to have Zoom downloaded to your computer to access the recordings.
How long will it take for session recordings to be made available?
Friday March 12 Sessions are available. Wednesday March 17 sessions are being added as they become available. The amount of time it will take for recordings to post will range from one hour to one business day. The conference platform, including session recordings, will be available for 30 days post conference.
How do I find a session to join?
From the top navigation bar choose Sessions > Live Sessions and then select the day/date you are looking for. Click the Session Title or View Details button to view the session page. The Join Meeting button appears on the right side. Click it to join. You will be placed in a waiting room until the session starts.

Note: Prior to 15 minutes before the session begins, the same button will say “Room Opens at…”
Where are session handouts located?
Any materials provided by speakers are posted to the session page for download as soon as we can after receiving them.
Where is my CEU certificate? Track the sessions you attend on the CEU certificate in your new MSSA Conference Workbook. Links for downloading can be found at the top of this page. We have applied for continuing education with the following organizations:

How do I connect with Sponsors?
From the top navigation bar choose Sponsors and then Directory. You can scroll through or search by the sponsor’s name. To visit a sponsor’s page, click the View Details button. From the sponsor’s page you can learn more, watch any videos posted, connect by chat or video call, and download resources. The treasure hunt numbered coins will be in the resource area of the sponsor page.

How do I share my pronouns?
When you join an education or networking session you can hover over your name in the participants list or your image and click on rename to update your name or add your pronouns.
Is closed captioning available?
The closed captioning feature will be turned on in each session automatically, and participants can opt out if they don’t want to view it.
How do I provide feedback?
Each session page has a short survey button in the lower right corner of the page. Please complete one for each session you attend. There will be a final conference evaulation survey available on Friday to share your overall feedback, submit your Treasure Hunt card, and help us plan for next year.

During conference hours you can use live chat support available on the conference website itself (the blue widget on the bottom right of each page), for help logging in, with Zoom issues, or to help you find your session. Prior to the conference, please reach out to info@mnssa.org.
