Yoga with Debi Kohlhardt

Debi Kohlhardt is a Licensed Social Worker and Graduate of Registered Yoga Teacher Training-200hr. Debi, teaching yoga throughout the Twin Cities Metro area since 2010, can be found offering online classes through Facebook at "Yoga with Debi". When gyms are open, Debi teaches adults looking to heal after injury or practice mindfulness at the YMCA and the Jordan Community Center. As co-owner of Yoga Bella for 6 years, Debi enjoyed teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles to women in their various seasons of life. Laura Larson is a licensed elementary school counselor living in Coon Rapids, MN. She has worked in the counseling role for over 10 years and has passion for mindfulness. She has recently published her first children's book, Wild Mindfulness, and hopes to create more books in the future. In her free time she loves camping with her family and dogs and finding new ways to enjoy nature and the outdoors.
